How long does it take to go through?

Do you offer group rates?
For groups of 10 or larger buying and attending at the same time we offer a discount. Please email us at management@hell101.com for a discount code or see the ticket booth the night of the event.
Do you have any age restrictions and if so, why?
Yes, we do. No one under the age of 13 will be admitted (even with an adult). This event is unlike any haunted house you have probably ever attended. It has a very high shock value and deals with serious issues of violence, mayhem, occult and of course death.
If I quit because I was scared or anything else can I get a refund?
There are no refunds if you get scared, cry, feel angry, get sick, hate it, love it or just want to run!!! Our job is to confront your senses and that we do!
Are the tickets good for any night?
General Admission are good for any night. Fast Pass tickets are good for the day purchased only.
Online Ticket Purchases - I Bought Online Now What Do I Do?
Make sure you print out a copy of your receipt from your online purchase and bring it to the Internet Sales Ticket booth, where you will either receive your entrance ticket or Fast Pass VIP Wrist-Band.
Hours of Operation Question
Do I have to be there at any specific time if I have a General Admission or Fast Pass ticket or can I just show-up anytime during the operating hours?
You can show up anytime during operating hours, there is no fixed appointment times.
Will anything or anyone touch me while inside or out of Final Destination?
We have instructed living beings to not touch anyone, but expect to have things move across you and always remember this is held in the DARK. Evil things happen when the lights go off!
Are you open rain or shine?
Yes, we are. 95% of our haunted house is inside. If you get a little bit wet it will be inside (haha).
Is there a snack bar for the event?
Yes. We have a snack bar with hot dogs, popcorn, candy and both hot and cold drinks as well as Indian Fry Bread! Look for the HUGE trailer for all your refreshment needs.
Is the HELL101.com Clothing available for purchase?
Yes. We will have a limited supply of Hell101.com clothing. Women's cut T's, Men's T's, Long Sleeve T's and some ultra-trick pullover Hoody's available. Bring cash!!!
Seriously How Scary Is It?
Final Destination is not a traditional haunted house, but you will be scared, stripped of your emotions and challenged with pure reality fright, horror, tragedy and drama.
I have heard there are social, political and even religious issues in Hell House, is this true?
Absolutely! You have heard the saying, there are two areas where you just don't go when in a conversation. 1. Politics. 2. Religion. Hell House goes there!!
While we have the traditional fright time, Hell-Evator special effect ride, tunnel of terror, there are also in-your-face drama acted out by what the New Times described as the best acting in any Haunted House. We find that nothing polarizes our paid-customers like reality-based live acting and special effects. If you are the type of individual that cannot deal with strong opinions coupled with a powerful emotional element, then we suggest you find another venue. Channel 12 News described it as, "in your face reality" for a reason!
